Want to learn Greek as a foreign language or simply looking to practice with a native speaker? I can help you with speaking, pronunciation, reading or writing, as well as text translation.

Vo is simply magical!

It was my friend’s wedding and I wanted to do something out-of-the-box for her bride’s do, so I reached out to Alisavo to host a painting workshop for us.

From the start, they made everything so easy, suggesting activities and in the end we decided to create painting of some of our friend’s favourite photos with her new husband-to-be.

Vo provided all the materials we needed and even though none of us knew anything about art, they were just able to connect with each of us so easily and bring out our best skills, using soft encouragement and gentle suggestions for improvement where needed.

Everyone had so much fun and all our paintings are now decorating the wall of our friend’s new living room.

What an incredible experience, thank you so much for everything Vo!

P.S. Extra thank you, for making everything so easy for an already over-stressed maid-of-honour!

Some people are born doers, some are born teachers - Alisavo is BOTH!

I wanted to look into a creative outlet for my teenage son, who is autistic and had to be homeschooled since the age of 10, due to extensive bullying at school, because of his autism.

He’s been very shy around anyone outside of the family ever since and we were very keen to nurture his creativity with the help of someone who could understand the delicacy of the situation.

I still don’t know how Vo managed to do it, but from the second lesson in, we could already see a huge difference in Ethan!

He was happy and talkative and it normally takes him months to reach that level of familiarity with strangers.

His drawing skills began improving super-fast as a result of him feeling safe and supported in his very individual needs and he is already working actively on a video game he was talking about for ages and now, finally, actually making into a reality, step by steady step.

We would recommend Alisavo to absolutely anyone! Top tutor and an incredibly empathetic human being with a natural capacity in inspiring with their authentic creativity and guiding others to do the same.

A couple years ago, I got a job offer in the UK and needed to brush up on my English, so I looked for a private tutor to practice with.

Alisavo was excellent!

They listened to my needs and created a curriculum to match, full of interesting reading material and lots of easy-going conversation practice.

We covered different areas of life for vocabulary and I found moving abroad to be so much easier with everything we had worked on before I set out.

Alisavo was also happy to continue supporting me over webcam even after I left Greece and I was able to ask for assistance on a regular basis, while integrating myself into my new life overseas.

Would recommend to anyone, anytime!

Cheers, Vo!

I met Alisavo when I moved to Greece for my post-graduate degree in tourism and I wanted to learn the local language, so I could better connect with my future customers, as well as make new friends amongst the local students.

From the first moment, it was so clear how much Alisavo loves what they do!

They were kind, caring and always took the time to reassure me when I made a mistake, making me feel comfortable to mess up when I attempted to speak in Greek at first and always allowing me to correct myself, before stepping in.

The lessons were fun and so interesting.

I am dyslexic, so Alisavo helped me by reading out loud with me, even making different voices for each character in the texts we studied - better than listening to an audio book!

Everything in the description is honestly more of an understatement - your real-life experience of their lessons will be even better than promised in the ad: a Super-Prof indeed!

Thank you Alisavo!

Alisavo is simply one of a kind!

Not only did they provide me with helpful reading materials according to my taste in books, to keep my learning engaging, but they also took time to read with me, even imitating different accents and dialects to help me understand the linguistic differences across various parts of Greece.

The practice conversations were even better and always tailored to topics of my interest.

Besides being a trusted tutor, Alisavo has a natural talent to make you feel comfortable in any setting, just like an old friend.

Would recommend to anyone anytime, 10/10 across the board!
